Maintenance Technician at Viva Beverages Limited

Viva Beverages Limited is a subsidiary of our parent company Petilo Oil and Gas LTD RC-1508507. Our bottle water manufacturing plant is located at Oba-Nnewi New road, Oba Anambra state. Our products include Deviva 75cl bottled water and the White Sand 75cl Alkaline bottled water. We are among the major bottled water manufacturing companies in Anambra State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Mono-block) / PET Blowers
Location: Oba, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mono-block filling machines orMaintain and troubleshoot semi-automatic and automatic PET bottle-blowing machines.
• Ensure smooth operation of the production line with minimal downtime.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.
• Ensure proper setup and calibration of PET-blowing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults.

Requirements

• Minimum OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with mono-block filling machines in a manufacturing environment.
