Role Overview

• Nigson Industries Limited requires a marketer with two-three years of experience in the real estate industry who will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, sales presentations, customer retention, and product demonstrations.

Job Description

• Strong business research, strategy, and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and trends
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of Clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
