We are building communities for families, retirees, return-seeking investors (both local & international) and professionals, from our inception in 2014 till now, we have housed over 5000 people across Nigeria and we plan to do much more.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy
• Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities
• Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leads
• Managing production and performance of multimedia content
• Writing and proofreading creative copy
• Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Monitoring budgets
• Managing social media campaigns
• Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns
• Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates
• Cooperating with current business partners on potential projects
• Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
• Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies

Requirements

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good documentation and research skills
• An open mind and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• Bachelor degree or HND in Marketing or any other similar fields
• Years of Experience: 2-3years in real estate
• Ability to develop new markets and business relationships
• Good job ownership skills
• Bold and result-driven
• Great people skills

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly
