Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and promote our facility management services to various industries.
• The successful candidate will have a strong sales and marketing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote facility management services
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Meet sales targets and achieve marketing ROI.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
• Create proposals and pitches to win new clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales and marketing experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business
• Reliable internet connection and necessary remote work tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Industry knowledge (facility management or related field)
