About the Role

• As our new Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building our marketing department from the ground up.
• Reporting directly to our directors, you'll have the opportunity to shape and grow our marketing efforts alongside our business development and product teams.
• Your mission will be to communicate Global Baltai Energy Limited's values to prospective customers through various channels, raising awareness, sparking interest, and generating valuable leads.

Key Responsibilities include

• Contributing to the development of our brand and marketing strategy.
• Taking ownership of and maximizing the return on our marketing budget.
• Leveraging marketing automation and CRM systems to generate leads.
• Implementing impactful PR, conference, event, customer success, and other marketing initiatives.
• In collaboration with our business development teams, you'll have the thrilling opportunity to craft and refine our marketing strategy for our ambitious international expansion plans.
• Producing compelling content for our website and LinkedIn presence.
• Managing engaging social media campaigns.

We Believe You Have

• Candidates should possess OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc Degrees
• 3 - 7 years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Passion for setting and reaching goals.
• Experience with Google Analytics and SEO.
• Fluency in English and other local languages.
• A versatile and broad marketing profile - capable of leading all our efforts and collaborating with partners where relevant.
• A hands-on approach, unafraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done while understanding the bigger picture.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience from a startup or working with B2B SaaS in a large/international organization.
