We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to position The Gallery as a leading lifestyle and entertainment destination.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns that drive footfall, increase brand awareness, and boost customer engagement.
• Manage relationships with influencers, media houses, and marketing vendors for extended reach and visibility.
• Oversee the design and rollout of marketing materials, both print and digital, ensuring brand consistency.
• Build and maintain an updated content calendar across all channels in line with the gallery’s programming.
• Support PR efforts and reputation management strategies to maintain a positive brand image.
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue and marketing ROI targets.
• Lead the content development for social media, email marketing, blogs, and paid ads to maintain a vibrant digital presence.
• Collaborate with the events team to market weekly activities, special promotions, and clubhouse-exclusive experiences.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with a creative flair for branding and design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills.
• Experience in event promotion and community engagement.
