Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and customer acquisition strategies.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads. 
• The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and increasing customer engagement through automated advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and boost sales.
• Optimize LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads campaigns to increase conversions and improve ROI.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
• Track, measure, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
• Implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
• Utilize automation tools to create, schedule, and analyze online advertisements effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
• Develop engaging content strategies tailored to different platforms to enhance brand presence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tech or IT industry.
• Strong expertise in managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing and social media strategies.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, creative, and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
• Proficiency in advertising automation tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
