Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to a premium hospitality environment
• Drive brand awareness, foot traffic, and customer loyalty through innovative campaigns
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
• Create trending content that will resonate with all classes of clientele
• Liaise with PR agencies to promote the brand.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Beverage Manager to craft promotional storytelling
• Manage digital assets, social media, influencer outreach, and experiential events

Candidate Requirements

• Nationality: Nigerian
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in hospitality marketing, with at least 1 year in managing marketing, content creation, and social media for a high-end restaurant, club, or hotel in Lagos
• Gender: Male or Female
• Age: Preferably 21+

Skills & Traits:

• Creative, charismatic, and visually driven
• Presentable, with strong client-facing confidence
• Willing to train and be trained
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability
• Smart, sharp, and capable of out-of-the-box thinking

Compensation

• Salary: N400,000 - N800,000 Monthly.
• Competitive, based on experience
