We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Analysing project specifications, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to different teams.
• Completing blueprint designs using CAD software and making appropriate adjustments once the client and other engineers have seen them.
• Conducting research on field developments and networking with other engineers and professionals.
• Liaising with clients and writing up reports to present to shareholders and other relevant parties.
• Ensuring that each project stays within the allocated budget and timeframe.
• Scheduling meetings and training sessions when necessary.
• Ensuring that staff remains motivated by implementing feasible incentives and regular team-building sessions.
• Ensuring that all engineering and manufacturing processes are in keeping with the health and safety regulations of the state and the country.
• Supervising staff and manufacturing processes and making appropriate recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborating with other engineers and technical personnel to develop instructional and training manuals where required.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
• 5 - 10 years of design and project management experience
• Demonstrated superior communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and meet project schedules, along with contingency plans.
• Demonstrated ability to develop project budgets and meet financial goals.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and develop future needs.
• Strong technical skills in materials, manufacturing, quality, and product design skills.
• Ability to use CAD to design equipment and associated systems along with facility layouts.
• Ability to determine if tooling, equipment and part designs meet requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
