Summary

• We're seeking experienced and visionary Medical and Health Services Managers to join our team at Venus Laboratories. 
• As a Medical and Health Services Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating healthcare services, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving business growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate healthcare services, including developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Stay up-to-date with healthcare trends, regulations, and best practices, including attending conferences, reading industry publications, and participating in professional organizations.
• Ensure exceptional patient care, including monitoring quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing evidence-based practices
• Drive business growth and sustainability, including developing and managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth

Skills

• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration, management, or related field
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including clinical practices, financial management, and regulatory compliance

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
