Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our healthcare team.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-NYSC experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient samples.
• Analyze and interpret test results accurately and promptly.
• Document and report findings to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in internal and external quality assurance programs.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory of laboratory supplies.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS).
• Proficiency in laboratory information systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
• Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience in a clinical laboratory.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
