Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Scientist to join our healthcare team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples, ensuring accurate results for diagnosis and treatment.

Key duties include:

• Conducting routine and specialized laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, and immunology.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Training and supervising junior lab staff and students.
• Analyzing test results and maintaining quality control protocols.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret findings and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid certification from a recognized professional body.
• At least 2 Years post NYSC experience
