Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Collect relevant samples from patients using the right equipment and technique.
• Explain sample collecting procedure and time frame for result collection to ensure a smooth process for patients
• Clean and maintain lab equipment, including recalibration of equipment
• Maintain equipment records and daily work logs
• Receive, organize and store test samples in accordance with safety and other requirements to ensure the safety of personnel and integrity of the sample
• Perform all other laboratory duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess MLA / MLT qualifications with 1 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Current Practicing license with MLSCN
• Experience as a Phlebotomist
