Established on October 1, 2004, the organization has actively engaged in a multitude of developmental programs spanning Health, Education, and Socioeconomic development. These initiatives are specifically designed to benefit children, women, young people, and communities, with the overarching goal of bringing smiles to faces. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

Location: Katsina

Overall, Job Purpose

• The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer supports the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities within specific projects to ensure data-driven decision- making and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Mathematics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience in monitoring and evaluation with at least 3 years in a managerial role within an NGO setting.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high- quality work within deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a commitment to staff development and capacity building.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Must be resident in Katsina state.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as Excel, SPSS, Stata, or EPIinfo.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
