ACF-International is a registered charity, founded in 1979 now operating in 37 countries. ACF in Nigeria is seeking young, motivated, and experienced professionals to support strengthening nutrition programming in Jigawa State.
The following job vacancies exist:

Job Title:  MONITORING & EVALUATION (M&E) ADVISOR:
Vacancy qualifications  Advanced training in quantitative methodologies, including database management; direct experience of M&E related health, HIV, nutrition and/or economics; strong analytic skills, and an understanding of a range of methods for monitoring, evaluation and assessment to promote evidence-based learning.

Job Title:  INFANT & YOUNG CHILD FEEDING ADVISOR: Health background (doctor, nurse, midwife, etc) with at least 3 years professional experience. At least 2 years experience on IYCF and breastfeeding counseling

Job Title: STATE TECHNICAL ADVISOR:
Vacancy qualifications BSC degree in Programme Management, Health & Nutrition, Public Health, and/or related social science with +3 – 5 years experience in managing health & nutrition programs

Job Title:  LGA TECHNICAL ADVISOR:
Vacancy qualifications BSC degree in progamme Management, Health & Nutrition, public Health, and/or related social science with +1-2 years experience in managing health & nutrition programs, committed to live at LGA level.


OVERALL REQUIRED SKILLS FOR ALL JOB POSTS:
- Sound strategic thinking and planning skills, including ability to think creativity/innovating and to set priorities, manageable work plans and progress with strong interested in sustainability
- Ability to build support from staff across teams and members, and or to build the capacity of others
- Ability to work in partnership with government and other organizations staff
- Commitment to team work and understanding of how to contribute
- Commitment to ACF mission values and approach
- Advanced computer knowledge & usage
- Fluency (both written and verbal) in English and Hausa essential
- Independence, adaptability and flexibility

DESIRABLE SKILLS FOR ALL JOB POSTS:
- Previous experience with local and international NGOs
- Broad understanding of rights and development issues, international relations and he international humanitarian systems
