We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• Financial planning and record keeping of all the company's accounts.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly budget for the company.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and reconciliation
• Ensure financial risks are reduced to the barest minimal.
• Periodically reviews all the necessary financial documents.
• Maintain all payments and receipts of the company.
• In charge of all the accounts maintained in the company.
• Analyze the financial activities of the company
• Ensure bills are paid promptly and properly.
• Ensure all the audit objectives and statements are responded to promptly and properly.
• And any other tasks that may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.

Skills:

• Must be conversant with MS Excel (spreadsheet).
• Able to work with teams and lead during crisis.
• Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage
• Applicant must reside in Lagos.
• Must work with the highest Professionalism
• Must be able to work under pressure.
