Job Title: Commissioning Manager

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leads the commissioning process including review of pre-functional checklists, functional testing procedures and actual functional testing
  • Performs job inspections to ensure specifications and expectations are met and work is completed in a quality and timely manner
  • Participate in factory witness testing, as require
  • Identify potential quality problems to assist in developing constructability review reports
  • Reviews the shop drawings and submittals to comply with the contract documents

Qualifications & Experience

Job Title: Subsea Pipeline Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for engineering tasks and perform associated calculations
  • Pipeline design besed on oil & gas standards: API, ABS, Dnv, Bv, Gl, Eurocode, etc.
  • Detailed Non-Linear FE analyses (lateral / Up-heaval buckling analysis, free span assessment, On-bottom stability analysis)
  • Write and check calculation notes, analysis reports, specifications of materials
  • Liaise with material and equipment suppliers
  • Ensure interface with the client
  • Support the commercial department: writing of offers, presentations
  • Supervise and coordinate engineers and draughtsmen
  • Project Management delivery, cost, operation schedule, reporting
  • Undertake assignments in other PRINCPIA offices, clients' offices, vessels or on site.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Marine Technology University

  • Experience with one or more of the following softwares or similar will be required: Mathcad, Orcallex, Macro VBA, Autocad, Abaqus. Offshore experience, especially in pipelay vessel will be appreciated.

Job Title: Offshore Installation Manager

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Offshore Installation Manager is responsible for the operation of the vessel, the gangway and all other plant and equipment within sale limits and in accordance with the terms of the contract.
  • Responsible for maintaining operational records and files onboard and for ensuring that the certification is always kept up-to-date
  • The OIM is responsible for the implementation of the Shipboard Management System
  • Report without delay to the company possible modifications that they consider necessary to ensure Safety and environmental protection
  • Responsible for regularly reviewing the system with a view to identifying and recommending improvements
  • OIM is to evaluate all situations, whether normal or of an emergency nature, and to take proper actions to avoid or minimize potential damages or losses, with special regards to life.

Job Title: Mechanical Reliability Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Mechanical Reliability Engineer will provide overall leadership for all activities related to the site's maintenance program
  • Provides engineering support pertaining to plant design, plant modifications, and process improvements and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and implement projects to reduce cost, energy usage and improve productivity
  • Lead process optimization activities in cooperation with production and process engineering
  • Coordinate and implement PM activities with maintenance to minimize maintenance cost and downtime.
  • Maintain PM system, identify high maintenance cost equipment, Identify root cause and evaluate cost / benefit of corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • University or Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field and 10 years demonstrated experience working safely in an Industrial Environment.

Job Title: Control System Specialist

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technical support and maintenance of the Plant State Suite Server at BMC site for the alarm management system, including the state handlers that communicate to the Honeywell TPS and EPKs process control systems.
  • Maintenance of the Data Collectors on the TPS and EPKS control system networks that communicate with the plant state suite server.
  • Train and mentor the site Digital System Specialists in the selection, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of their TPS and EPKs hardware and networks.
  • Assist the site Digital System Specialists during complicated ‘non-routine' activities.
  • Expected to support other software applications, such as P1, PHD, IP21, network performance monitoring software and system and data backup software, which work in conjunction with the Honeywell systems in data collection, point configuration, or assuring reliability of various processes.
  • Support all phases of assigned capital projects including equipment selection, installation, configuration, start-up, checkout, and supervision of personnel contracted for specialized equipment Installation.
  • Responsible for identifying reliability issues and recommending solutions for system improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 years of prior experience working with building automation systems and energy management systems.

Job Title: Subsurface Technologist

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the RST (Reservoir Support Team) New Walls Delivery Manager, the Technologist is responsible for providing technology and data management support while planning, executing and reviewing the drilling activity for the wells drilled infield
  • Liaise with Data Management teem regarding access and filing of daily and final well documentation reports, SORs, logs. etc.
  • Tracking completion and cement evaluation documentation
  • Tracking of well data items, ensuring that well data filing fills our NWD requirements, checking that well data folder are correctly populated
  • Support NWD to keep an updated optimized drilling schedule
  • Review and QC well data and prepare spliced complete wireline / LWD data sets for each well
  • Create petrophysical composite logs.
  • Send out Integrated well review sections, monitor progress and completion, compile and prepare basic IWR presentation.

Qualifications

  • A Degree in a Natural Science or Engineering discipline (Geology, Geophysics, Reservoir, Petroleum Engineering) or an IT Degree with 10 years experiences in the E&P industry

Job Title: Subsea Engineering Specialist

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive feasibility study and conceptual option leading to the optimum project development option through: Developing Subsea Engineering detail and comprehensive project plans, analyzing the project requirements with considerations of PCSB long term plan in line with company objective
  • Determine competent and qualified bidder for tendering exercise. Coordinate, supervise, review, recommend and provide feedback on issues between Internal department, contractor and vendors to meet overall project objective on cost, quality, schedule and safety.
  • Develop project cost estimate.
  • Assists rightful claims for changes in works, involving addition and deletion of scope and actual work requirement.
  • Development of equipment specifications, bid enquiry package and provision of engineering services for the purchase of company supplied items.
  • Verify completed work / Invoices per contract milestones. Lead and facilitate Factory Acceptance Test to ensure full compliance to specification.

Job Title: Principal Mooring Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design and engineering of the mooring lines and flexible risers of Single Point Mooring Systems and F(P)SOs as well as determining design loads for structural and mechanical components to be designed and engineered in the respective engineering sections.
  • Responsible for delivering the engineering output of the mooring & subaea work scope of any type of job, in line with the project's technical specification, budget and planning.
  • Report to the Project (Lead) Engineer on progress, setbacks and assist in obtaining client and third party approval on the project. You support the After Sales and Operations Departments with queries and requests on existing systems. You signal technical risks and anomalies in projects to your Section Head.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BS or MSc Degree in Engineering: Naval Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Civil - or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years (MS degree) or 10 years (BS degree) experience in designing mooring Systems for floating offshore structures and has been involved In the detail engineering. construction phase and installation phase.
  • Fully conversant with selection and design of deep-Water mooring systems, including mooring configuration and global performance analysis in relation to mooring and riser system.
  • Familiar with IACS rule, Classification Society requirement and international industrial Standard for mooring system and global perform.

 

 

Job Title: Cost Engineering Specialist

  • Develop and estimating cost proposals for projects.
  • Detailed budgets and budget narratives.

  • Implementing bets practices, performing cost control and Analyzing variances.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BA / BS in Accounting, Finance or Engineering. MBA or equivalent in Finance or Other Business discipline.
  • 10 years of cost estimating, cost accounting, or cost engineering experience.
  • Familiarity with Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Extrusion, Electronics, Assembly,

Job Title: Commissioning Electrical Specialist

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance in development of Commissioning Management Procedures and participate/lead functional and inspection checks, startup and operating, loop testing. permit to Work (PTW), and preparation of Completion Dossiers, etc.
  • Provide commissioning input for specific electrical equipment and systems Safety and Operability reviews.
  • Develop interface / transition to steady state operations of electrical equipment and system
  • Ensure electrical and ECMS commissioning procedures, work packs, and Turnover and Completion Packages (TCP’s) are developed and Implemented in accordance with Systems Completion Specification
  • Use the Completion Management System (WinPCS) for electrical and ECMS completion and certification
  • Provide input into Commissioning Execution Plan for rollup into an integrated Fleid Plan
  • Ensure utilization of a computerized Completion Management System (WInPCS) for tracking, certification, and quality purposes. Monitor proper database population of engineering parameters, check sheets, and verification criteria for instrumentation and control equipment. Witness and approval of relevant discipline check sheets.
  • As a key member of the COMPANY team attend the Factory Acceptance Testing (FATs) of all the major electrical equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering. 10+ years experience in Oil & Gas Industry and commissioning.
  • Experience in commissioning of ECMS (Electrical Control and Management System) and on-site supervision of specialist electrical vendors.
  • Direct “hand-on" experience in plant/system startup.
  • Experience in brownfield commissioning and integration with existing operations.
  • Working understanding of Project completions and commissioning practices. Proficient in MS Office software suite (Outlooks, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

 

 

Job Title: Subsea Commissioning Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the overall project commissioning scope of work both at Contractor and Sub-contractor level and engineering and operational level.
  • Review the proposed design of all the incorporated items (valves,connectors, tees, pipes, bends, umbilical's, etc.) as well as the subsea structures design (pipeline, termination end, manifold, Inline tee, pig launcher and receiver). In order to guarantee their commissioning ability (onshore & offshore) and their pig ability during normal operation.
  • To prepare the commissioning plan philosophy, specifications and requisitions for the commissioning, activities to be sub-contracted. To specify and follow up the procurement, fabrication and mobilization of the installation aids required for the commissioning activities.
  • To coordinate and supervise the Sob-contractor equipment and personnel preparation and mobilization / demobilization
  • To supervise the commissioning activities performed by the commissioning Sub-contractor's team on site either on offshore / onshore facilities or on installation vessels.
  • To assist the installation manager for the operation schedule set-up and modification.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Technical Diploma related to Electrical discipline and / or Electrician Certification with maintenance and troubleshooting experience

Job Title: LNG Process Specialist

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experienced with the following and overseeing of gas pipeline commercial operations
  • Understand PHMSA regulation and CRM compliant under 49 CFR *192,631 and *195446
  • Follows API Guidelines i.e., API RP 1166 Pipeline SCADA Displays, API 1167 Pipeline SCADA Alarm Management, API 1167 Pipeline Control Room Management, etc.
  • Manage monthly close process and coordinate measurement analysts
  • Flowcal Subject matter Expert
  • Coordinate field personnel and measurement analysts (to resolve measurement discrepancies)
  • Prepare and distribute monthly measurement reports to operations, commercial and management
  • Maintain upstream (SCADA Software) and downstream (Quorum) data flow Interfaces with FlowCal

Job Title: Rotating Equipment Specialist

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • He shall manage, plan, supervise and support day-to-day rotating equipment activities i.e. ensuring the safety of all team personnel and structured delivery of the work scope and processes
  • Ensuring all applicable site / Project safety procedures are fully and properly implemented
  • He shall manage the mechanical systems administrator and provide daily rotating equipment and mechanical system support  to the plant  to keep the plant system operational
  • He shall use sound engineering practices, plant standards and specifications, ensuring that documentation for the mechanical systems are maintained properly
  • He shall develop and use computer-assisted engineering and design software to perform engineering tasks and develop documentation

Job Title: Mooring Designer

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for both contributing to the expertise and knowledge within the Mooring designer discipline as well as on IPSO or other projects
  • Your contribution is to ensure that knowledge and expertise is maintained and expanded to deliver highs quality and costs effective designs of company products
  • You will particularly focus on company's FPSOs & Floating LNG products, but you will also be directly involved in proposals and prePEED studies of new concepts related to FPSO & FLNG designs and technology developments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / B.Sc Degree or equivalent (i.e Professional Certification) with a minimum of 10 years of experience with structural design
  • Experienced in managing and leading a team of contractors consisting of designers
  • Experience in Engineering & Design of floating units in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Knowledge of structural interfaces with related disciplines i.e. mooring structure integrations, and other equipment integrations.

 

 

Job Title: Directional Drilling Manager

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement all directional drilling plans and procedures according to company plan and oversee all drilling operations of rig site and ensure compliance to all drilling objectives
  • Manage all well bore path and perform survey to compute and monitor all rate of penetration and maintain an efficient list of all directional tools and perform survey on all equipment.
  • Execute all survey information for processes and ensure all objectives compatibility with various results.
  • Administer all directional operations and analyze performance of all drilling procedures and assist all client representatives to resolve all issues and monitor job progress and maintain records of all data and prepare required documentation.
  • Ensure safety in work areas at all times according to required standards and provide required training to all trainees and assess performance and administer all drilling rig operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Job Title: Robotic Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Designing processes and prototypes to build machines.
  • Testing robotic systems.
  • Develop and implement software that will control robots.
  • Create prototypes and work on necessary components(e.g. microprocessors).
  • Develop cost-effective and efficient processes to produce the machines.
