Job Title: Waiter/Waitress
Location: Lagos
Expectations

• Presentable, Smart with outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in fast- paced environment, to perform job functions with attention to details, speed and accuracy

• At least minimum of OND, must have a high level of sanitation and cleanliness with 3 years experience

• Must be able to plan and execute preventive maintenance, using computerized systems to oversee routine maintenance and organize repairs

• Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 10 years Facility Management Experience.

• To present the highest standard of excellence customer service

• At least minimum of 3 years experience with B.Sc/HND in Hotel & Catering Management

• Responsible for all aspects of the cash management function, including the development and management of systems for the effective collection of revenues and payment of obligations.
• Responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure designated cash processing, reconciliation and reporting functions are completed in a timely manner while in compliance with policy and regulations.

• Chartered Accountant with minimum of 3-5 years post ICAN working experience
• Good knowledge of Taxation
• Good communication skills
• Skilled use of Peachtree

• Assisting section chef in preparing meals

• OND/O'level Certificate with minimum of 5 years experience

• To take full responsibility for the running of allocated section

• HND Certificate with minimum of 5 years experience

• To run kitchens in a creative and innovative way, with a twist from the traditional is important.
• Must be able to launch new concepts, introduce signature dishes and must have proven record in quality guest experience.
• Must be able to lead, manage, organize all aspects of food production to the highest professional standard.
• Experience in high-end operations, international exposure and knowledge of international food products is compulsory.

• 8 - 10 years exceptional culinary experience, strong leadership and communication skills. Elegance in food presentation, eye for details and sound financial knowledge.

• Assisting section chef in preparing meals
