We are currently recruiting for an Operations Assistant who will work on our flagship product “donate-ng”, an online fundraising portal that enables people & organisations with social causes and projects within Nigeria to easily raise money online.

TwoCan Solutions is currently recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: Operations Assistant
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the organisation.
• Face to Face customer service
• Data analysis
• Ad-hoc administration task
• Assist Head operations and other personnel to help keep businesses running smoothly.
• Be proactive in keeping up to date with developments affecting the role and the organisation.
• Reviewing customer request and resolves customer issues.

Skills
Must have:

• Administration/organisational skills with the capacity to pay close attention to details.
• Excellent level of social media interaction; FB, Twitter, Google, blogs
• Excellent awareness of the use of the internet.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and without supervision.
• Excellent verbal communication skills including customer service skills with a wide range of people in person and over the telephone.
• Good ability to use Microsoft office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc from any tertiary institution.
• Age limit 25 - 35 yrs.
