We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Paintball Supervisor

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Ensure great customer service at all levels.
Ensure adherence to terms of use and codes of conduct by customers and staff within the Paintball area.
Supervise cleaning, storage, and requisition of materials, equipment, relevant to Paintballing.
Ensuring prompt report of damages and defective equipment.
Receive complaints and resolve problems.
Prepare and submit performance reports.
Ensuring that the Paintball environment is safe, secure and healthy.

Requirements / Skill

Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
