Our client, a leading Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) fully commited to excellent service delivery, requires the services of credible candidates with a team-working orientation to fill the following vacant positions
that have emerged in the organization on account of business growth:

JOB TITLE: HEAD, RISK MANAGEMENT AND AUDIT
REF: HR/001
LOCATION: Lagos.

JOB SUMMARY
Review/establish a risk management framework.
Ensure compliance with control procedures.
Apply modern technology to streamline and fast track assigned responsibilities.
Ensure adherence by all staff of the unit to continously update service process benchmarks and procedures to achieve departmental objectives.
Monitor investment risk profile.
Carry out regular audit exercise.
Ensure safety of funds and Company assets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: B.Sc Accounting / Banking & Finance, ACA, Additional qualification will be an added advantage
10 years on the job experience.
5 years of which must be in a Management position.
Preferably, a PFA work experience will be an advantage.


CORE COMPETENCIES
Indepth understanding of modern risk management approaches as it applies to the Pension Reform Act
Sound knowledge of modern internal control processes methodologies
Good written and oral communication skills
