We  focus on door and window profiles, product development, technical services, production and installation of R & D enterprises. We have an aluminum industry base of 63,000 square meters in China, more than 30 R& D personnel and more than 170 production and processing personnel. Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Personal Assistant to support our executive team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily tasks, scheduling appointments, and providing comprehensive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments.
• Perform various administrative duties including filing, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Provide general assistance to the executive team as needed.
• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must be proactive and solution-oriented.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
