Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

• A personal individual with multiple business is in need of a personal assistant to help with day to day activities.
• Reporting to the managing directorand performing secretarial and administrative duties.
• Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
• Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
• Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
• Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
• Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
• Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 6 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 / month.
