Women without Walls Initiative (WOWWI) is a non-governmental, non-sectarian and all-inclusive organization, comprised of progressive Nigerian women from every facet of life. WOWWI has formed a coalition of women groups nationally and internationally, to fight for, and advance the cause of women, youth, and children, irrespective of ethnic, religious, or political affiliation. We are made up of ordinary women who are concerned about our environment, society, and the world at large, especially as it affects, women, youths, and children. WOWWI began as a child of necessity. Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Location: Jos, Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Overall Job Description

  • To provide high-level confidential support to the Chief Executive by providing a full secretarial and administrative service.
  • Ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chief Executive by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
  • To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the Chief Executive.
  • To set upmeetingsrequired by the CEOby drafting and collating papers and reports, preparing manageable agendas, taking minutes and following up on action points.
  • Carry out all the duties with complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality.
  • Plan and organize travel and accommodation when required
  • Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems
  • ensuring the needs of the Chief executive are met.
  • Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organization and as directed.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
