EPCM Engineers Limited was founded in 2008. EPCM started out as an engineering design and consulting company, providing services to the Nigerian Petroleum Industry. On recognizing the value in providing ready and complete solutions to a wider spectrum of clients’ needs, EPCM inevitably evolved into a total solutions company. EPCM portfolio expanded to incorporate an extensive stocking of pre-engineered Hydrocarbon production facility modules, plants, equipment and packages for use in deploying accelerated surface processing and utilization facilities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer (PO) - Female Only

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Lead the development and implementation of a strategy for the function including performance and cost.
• Train and guide employees
• Strengthen vendor data base for products put in charge by registering reliable, competitive, corporate sources mainly authorized
• Comparing final quote and approval for LPO creation
• Raise LPO for delivery of goods and follow up on the vendor’s payment.
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain and procurement processes.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
• Monitor supply chain logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
• Evaluate and report on KPIs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND (Upper Credit) / Bachelor's Degrees (Second Class Upper) with 2+ years relevant work experience.
