We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Supplier Management: Researching and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing existing supplier relationships.
• Procurement Process Management: Overseeing the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment, and minimizing storage costs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that purchased goods and services meet specified quality standards. Risk
• Management: Identifying and mitigating potential procurement risks. Compliance: Adhering to relevant regulations and company policies related to procurement.
• Budget Management: Analyzing purchase needs, estimating costs, and managing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Contract Management: Drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Additional Responsibilities (depending on organization): Developing and implementing purchasing strategies, Leading and training procurement team members, Collaborating with other departments, and Staying updated on market trends and regulations.
