We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Preparing procurement plans and purchasing interior design decor and home fittings.
• Overseeing and supervising purchasing activities for construction works.
• Following up with procurement and ensuring that timelines are met.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Preparing cost analyses, and reports on procurements.
• Manage purchased inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field with 3-4 years’ procurement experience working in an interior design, Architectural or construction firm
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
