Job Title: Production Technologist

Description

• Optimize well performance, define workover/completion requirements, and assure clean-up/hand-over quality.
• Model IPR/TPR, nodal analysis, expected rates/pressures; set acceptance criteria for well handover.
• Define clean-up and flowback programs; coordinate well test, choke management, and sampling.
• Post-job surveillance: compare actual vs forecast; update WRFM plan and deferment recovery.
• Candidate selection and job design for workovers (tubing, artificial lift, sand control, water shut-off).

Job Requirements

• 8+ yrs production technology
• Proficiency with common PT software
• Field clean-up/test experience.
