D44 Technology is a Water treatment company with the professional capacity and experience to execute water treatment and fire protection services. We manage, install, upgrade, and repair all Systems that fall within the category of the above-mentioned field for residential and commercial/Industrial Facilities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

• The Project Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing and coordinating water engineering projects from planning through execution and completion. 
• This individual ensures that all project activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. 
• Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and field teams, the Project Supervisor is responsible for on-site supervision, resource allocation, reporting, and communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within defined objectives and timelines.
• Developing project scopes and objectives alongside other Stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Create and maintain Comprehensive project documentation
• Prepare and present status report, updates, and recommendations to senior Management.
• You should be an excellent Communicator and comfortable managing Multiple Tasks.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties /vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Report and escalate to Management as needed.
• Develop project plans, including scope to track progress, budget, resource allocation and availability, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide Leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Water Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the engineering Industry, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience in process improvement and resource management.
• Hands-on experience in an engineering company.
• Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the engineering Industry, equipment, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a commitment to fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Benefits and Packages

• Salary: N150,000 Monthly.
• N1,000 Daily allowance.
• HMO available.
