Job Summary

• The project coordinator/data analyst role supports and coordinates cross-functional project activities and provide data-driven insights that drive decision-making.
• This role involves ideation, presentation and execution of project and campaign ideas according to clients expectations.
• It also involves tracking timelines and deliverables, and analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, measure performance, and improve project outcomes.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency in client servicing, project coordination, and experience With Data Visualization And Reporting.
• You will act as a liaison between the clients, The agency and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate solid relationships with clients through the provision of excellent service.
• Regular interaction with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
• Process, compile, sort, and organize raw data into a database according to guidelines
• Review data collected to ascertain compliance with set kpis
• Conversion of data into numbers for analysis.
• Generate reports in a clear and concise manner.
• Must also have eyes to spot discrepancies
• Responsible for driving & execution of project objectives.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and maintaining accurate record of all projects.
• Ensure that the correct data are entered into the client database to prevent wrong decision making from the use of wrong data.
• Carry out any other assigned tasks.
