Job Title: Public Relations Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Job Summary

• The Public Relations Officer is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, enhancing their experience, and ensuring their loyalty to FreshFare.
• This includes creating and managing a customer database, planning and executing themed events, managing social media presence, and promoting the businessofferings to drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to ensure they are making purchases.
• Respond to inquiries and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and propose strategies for enhancing the clients experience.
• Collaborate with the team to implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Build and maintain a customer database to foster loyalty and track preferences.
• Suggest and plan creative themed events to attract and retain patrons.
• Manage the business social media accounts, including creating and posting engaging content.
• Assist with promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND.
• Proven experience in public relations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience: Public Relations: 1 - 3 years (Required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
• Creativity and the ability to suggest unique event ideas.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
