We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Alaba International Market - Ojo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We're looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Officer to oversee our quality control processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective quality control procedures
• Attend to customer's complaints/feedback on Company's product
• Maintain a daily and monthly record of returns and defective items
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Research, analyze and evaluate the quality of new company products.
• Periodically conduct product review and ratings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in quality control or a related field
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
