• Developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting
• High-level financial reporting and analysis
• Regular budget consolidation
• Cash flow management
• Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
• Stakeholder management
• Debt management and collection
• Preparing company tax
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice
• Payroll processing
• Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
• Well-developed leadership skills
• Mentoring

• Degree in Accounting or related field.

• Ideal candidate must be self motivated, mentally agile, innovative, accurate & detailed oriented with great communication skills.
• Candidate must have solid grasp of analytics, inbound marketing and Microfinance Experience.

• Plan, develop & implement the Sales & Marketing strategies in line with the business objectives to achieve business & market share growth.
• Undertake periodic analysis of business performance & table the Sales & Marketing status reports for Management.
• Ensure products & services adequately meet the target market needs and the Sales & Marketing Team is adequately trained to achieve its target & deliver quality.
• Drive vigorously the deposit mobilization activities & initiatives of the bank.
• Assess the market size n perform market segmentation to identify and project sizable market opportunities of the business.
• Coordinate products promotional activities & events and ensure adherence to Bank and product guidelines .
• Work continuously on the savings/deposits and loan products to adapt them to potentially increasing competition, or customer demands, making sure that those products meet the Banks business strategy & profitability requirements .
• Monitor competing products and Services in the market and advise Bank stakeholders for necessary action.

• B.Sc or HND in Accounting.
• 5 years working in Similar Environment.
• Professional qualifications is an added advantage.
