We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• As a Receptionist, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in experience.
• Your professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skills will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and key cards
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and foreign exchange
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English (additional languages beneficial)
• Proficient in hotel operating systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott)
• 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in hospitality.
• Certification in hospitality or customer service (desirable)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
• Certification in customer service or hospitality
• Familiarity with property management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
