Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Polaris Bank located in Lagos. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing financial advice, resolving customer concerns, and promoting banking products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Customer relationship management experience
• Ability to analyze financial data and trends.
• Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Financial Planner) is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
