Overview

• A leading commercial bank in Nigeria is currently in search of seasoned professionals in the banking industry for the above role.

Proposed Grade: ET to SBO (max).

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage commercial strategy and tactical business plan, taking into account the market opportunity/growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities and risk appetite
• Define and develop a service-based sales culture
• Responsibility for strategic management, business development and profitability of applicable business units/Locations within the region and so on.
• Agree target market selection and customer propositions within the strategy
• Devise and agree product and sales mix
• Define measurable business growth objectives, management processes and measures;

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree.
• A minimum of 3 years experience.
• Candidate must be working in a Commercial bank with notable achievements.
