Job Title:  Sales Executive

 

Job Description

  • Responsible for selling to walk in customers in a mobile phone retail outlet.
  • Approach and welcome customers with the aim of making a sale.
  • Listen to customers' needs and advise them appropriately on their choice of mobile devices.
  • Understand and demonstrate high level of customer care at all times.

Education and Experience:
  • Experience with mobile phone sales is desired.
  • A University degree or HND in any discipline.
  • One year working experience in a sales executive/customer service role within a reputable organization.
  • Ability to use MS Office applications.
