Job Summary

• The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve Buckler Systems’ business objectives.
• This role involves strategy development, team leadership, and performance monitoring to maximize market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to ensure goal alignment.
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales and marketing activities for senior management.
• Represent the company at key industry events and trade shows.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide strategies.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research techniques.
• Expertise in CRM tools, digital marketing strategies, and branding.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a management role within sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile or armouring manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
