We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Depth understanding of spare parts for machinery/equipment, including specifications and compatibility.
• Technical Sales & Product Demonstrations, Boiler, Boiler chemicals & Spares parts preferred.
• Specialized in selling spare parts and services to existing customers to maximize equipment uptime and lifecycle.
• Generating leads and developing new business opportunities
• Preparing and delivering technical presentations or demonstrations
• Collaborating with engineering and support teams for customized solutions
• Monitoring market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Strong commercial acumen in handling price discussions, warranty terms, and service agreements.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction after delivery and seeking feedback for future improvement.

Business Growth Strategy:

• Develop and execute the business strategy for Boiler, Boiler Spares, boiler chemicals Revamp/Retrofit solutions waste heat recovery solution.
• Expand customer base, penetrate new markets, and explore untapped opportunities.
• Drive key initiatives for upselling, cross-selling, and offering total lifecycle solutions to customers.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Act as representative Service in strategic customer interactions and negotiations.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and influencers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and customized service offerings.

Order Booking & ABP Ownership:

• Own the regional OB and ABP for the Boiler Spares and Revamp/Retrofit business.
• Ensure consistent achievement of revenue, order booking, and collection targets as defined in the business plan.
• Monitor and control operational activities to align with strategic objectives and budgetary guidelines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with OEM, Proposal, Execution, Service, Supply Chain, and Execution teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

• B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering)

Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in industrial product sales.
