Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with deep domain expertise in Building Materials, Flexible Packaging, HVAC, BOPP Tapes, Construction, and Industrial Tapes.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, building lasting relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth across defined territories and verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in assigned product categories.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as HVAC, construction, flexible packaging, and industrial applications.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align product offerings with market demand.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff if applicable.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in building materials, flexible packaging, or related industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Experience Required: 4-5 years in sales roles within Building Materials, Flexible Packaging, HVAC, BOPP Tape, or Industrial Tape sectors
• Strong understanding of HVAC, BOPP tapes, construction chemicals/materials, and industrial adhesive tapes.

Preferred Skills:

• Technical knowledge of industrial tapes and flexible packaging materials.
• Established network in construction and packaging industries.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 monthly (net).
