• A results-driven sales and marketing representative to actively seek out and engage prospects
• The incumbent will serve customers by selling products; meeting customer needs to boost top-line revenue growth, product acquisition levels and profitability.

Job Duties

• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work  schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Present, promote and sell products/services professionally to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customers relationships.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Skills and Qualifications

• B.S/B.A Degree
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills, prioritizing, time management and organization skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience of needs, Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships
• Motivation for Sales, Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
