Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

We seek an experienced and COREN-certifiedSenior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3-5 years of proven working experience in civil engineering, with a strong construction and project management background.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve project goals.
Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
COREN certification is mandatory.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
3 - 5 years work experience.
Proven experience as a Civil Engineer focusing on real estate projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project management principles.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Residency in Aya, Guzape, or Asokoro environments in Abuja would be advantageous.
Familiarity with local regulations and building practices in Abuja.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
