Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks to the company.
• Supervising the company’s retained solicitors and other legal representatives in their representation of the company’s interest in court matters while ensuring the company’s compliance with laws and regulations of all regulatory agencies across Nigeria

Requirements

• First Degree in Law
• B.L from Law School
• Minimum of 5 years LLB cognate experience in Litigation.
