About the Role

• As the Senior Media Buying Manager, you are the engine of our clients' growth, responsible for turning strategic insights into tangible market presence.
• You will design, execute, and optimise sophisticated media campaigns across a range of platforms, ensuring every dollar spent is impactful and accountable.
• This role is about mastering the complex media landscape to capture attention and drive measurable action.
• You will be the authority on media performance, responsible for managing significant budgets, negotiating with vendors, and analysing vast datasets to find optimisation opportunities.
• Your primary objective is to deliver maximum ROI for our clients, ensuring their message reaches the right audience, at the right time, on the right platform, with ruthless efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

• Deep expertise in media planning, budget allocation, and performance analysis, with a strong command of key industry metrics (CPM, CPA, ROAS).
• Demonstrable experience in negotiating with media vendors and platforms to secure optimal rates and placements.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear performance reports.
• A proven track record of managing successful, large-scale media campaigns across digital and traditional channels (e.g., Programmatic, Social, Search, OOH).
