Job Title: Senior Procurement Officer

Location: Sango-otta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and developing plans for purchasing
• Managing customers’/suppliers’ relationship
• Material Requirement planning for all products
• Ensures availability of raw & packaging materials to meet factory budget
• Periodical review of suppliers’ performance
• Conducting supplier’s audit in conjunction with the Quality department
• Evaluating suppliers and materials to ensure they meet the organization's needs
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw & packaging materials
• Ensuring management of various orders/requests from the user departments
• Any other duties as assigned by the Asst. Procurement Manager or Procurement Manager.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Educational Requirement : BSc/HND – Business Related Course, CIPSMN is an added advantage
• Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience.

• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Good initiative
• Must be computer literate
