Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultants to work in our flagship branch in Lagos, due to our significant growth and expansion plans.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step in their career and wishing to develop into a successful Senior Management in the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Winning new clients through business development activities
• Providing account management, support and excellent customer service to clients and candidates across an allocated and developing portfolio
• Building an excellent working relationship with every candidate
• Obtaining their weekly availability, understanding and getting to know their skills and areas of speciality in order to place them in suitable environments whilst offering your continued support
• Recruiting staff through headhunting, generating candidate leads and referrals
• Assisting with compliance administration
• Maintaining/servicing, developing and growing a portfolio of clients
• Filling shift requests with suitably skilled and experienced staff
• Being the main point of contact for a large pool of candidates

Requirements
Ideal Candidate will have:

• Previous experience in recruitment (Minimum of 5 years as a recruitment consultant) in a top recruiting / resourcing firm is a MUST.
• Ability to lead by example
• Computer literate
• Must have good Excel and Word skills
• Good telephone manner
• Accurate and conscientious with keen attention to detail
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Integrity and accountability/ good time keeping.
• Previous recruitment sales experience or strong business development background
• Good telephone manner
• Good written skills
• Compliance follows ups
• Strong account management skills
• Ability to create staff profiles
