We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in and digital customers to understand their vehicle needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure smooth handovers.
  • Present, promote, and sell new and pre-owned vehicles professionally
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicles, financing options, and after-sales services

What We’re Looking For

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to quickly learn vehicle specs, financing terms, and CRM tools
  • A customer-first mindset with a positive, energetic attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to work weekends (as needed).
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in automobile or retail sales (freshers with great communication skills are welcome!)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
