Job Title: Shift Co-ordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented Shift Coordinator to act as an intermediary between the staff and the company.
  • The responsibilities of a Shift Coordinator include, answer phone calls and assigning shifts for the staff.

Requirements
What to do as a shift coordinator:

  • As a shift coordinator, you will search and assign shifts to the staff.
  • You should be good at managing time.
  • Ability to work long hours including on weekends.
  • Familiar with the UK bank holidays.
  • Handle telephone calls to ensure that operations are running smoothly.
  • Little experience as a customer service officer.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly
