Job Description

• As a Construction Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Your responsibilities will encompass project management, on-site supervision, quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Site Supervision:

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.

Quality Control:

• Implement and enforce quality control processes.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets established standards.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce safety regulations and procedures on the construction site.
• Conduct safety meetings and audits to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.

Material and Resource Management:

• Coordinate the delivery of construction materials and equipment.
• Manage on-site inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.

Progress Reporting:

• Generate regular progress reports for project stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and milestones to the project management team.

Problem Resolution:

• Identify and address issues that may impact construction progress.
• Collaborate with project managers to find effective solutions.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Prepare and submit as-built drawings and project close-out documents.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficient in relevant construction software and tools.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality control procedures.

Salary
N230,000 - N300,000 / Month.
