We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Lagos Island, Ogudu - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• We are seeking a creative, proactive and efficient individual who will help Diagnose construction / machinery problems, resolve malfunctions or other crises, and prepare work schedules in collaboration with contractors. 

Key Responsibilities

• Organize materials and ensure sites are clean and safe 
• Draw up work schedules on site 
• Complete quality assurance and provide feedback.
• Provide technical advice for the improvement on projects 
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best contracts

Education and Qualifications

• B.Sc in relevant fields with 1-3 years work experience as a Site Manager,

Generic Skills and Abilities: 

• Creative 
• Efficient in MS Office 
• Pro-Active 
• Reporting skills.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
